Community Guidelines
TenderWomens is a social wellness platform for genuine connection. These guidelines keep our community safe, inclusive, and respectful — for both members and verified human companions.
1. Be Authentic
Use your real name and genuine photos. Your profile should accurately represent who you are — not who you aspire to be or a fictional persona.
Do not misrepresent your age, location, physical appearance, relationship status, or intentions. Authentic profiles create genuine connections.
Avoid using AI-generated photos or heavily edited images that don't look like you in person.
2. Be Respectful
Treat every member with dignity, regardless of their appearance, background, orientation, religion, or any other characteristic. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
If a companion or member declines a session or stops responding, respect their decision. Do not pressure, insult, or retaliate.
Use language that is kind and constructive. Insulting openers, derogatory remarks, and unsolicited explicit comments violate these guidelines.
3. Zero Tolerance
The following will result in an immediate and permanent ban, with no appeal:
- Threatening or inciting violence against any person or group.
- Sharing sexually explicit content involving minors, or attempting to contact minors.
- Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or disease.
- Solicitation for sex work, escort services, or trafficking.
- Fraud, scamming, or attempting to extort money from other members.
4. Content Standards
Profile photos must clearly show your face. Group photos are allowed but your face must be identifiable. No nudity or sexually suggestive photos on your public profile.
Bios and prompts must not contain personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social handles) or links to external sites.
Do not advertise, promote businesses, or solicit followers for social media. TenderWomens is for connections, not marketing.
5. Reporting
If you encounter a profile or message that violates these guidelines, use the Report button. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 24 hours.
False reporting — submitting bad-faith reports to target someone you dislike — is itself a violation of these guidelines.
You can also block any member at any time. Blocking is private and takes effect immediately.
6. Consequences
Violations of these guidelines result in moderation actions scaled to the severity and frequency of the behavior:
- Warning: A notice that your behavior violates guidelines, with no immediate restriction.
- Feature restriction: Temporary loss of messaging or matching capabilities.
- Suspension: Temporary account suspension pending review.
- Permanent ban: Account deletion with prohibition on creating new accounts.
You may appeal moderation decisions that you believe were made in error by contacting support@tenderwomens.com within 30 days.
7. Updates to These Guidelines
We update these guidelines as our community evolves. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of TenderWomens constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
