We also collect information automatically when you use TenderWomens, including device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and usage data such as pages viewed and features used.

With your permission, we may collect location data to schedule human companion sessions in your time zone and improve the relevance of recommendations.

We use your information to operate and improve the TenderWomens platform, including creating and managing your account, providing customer support, and personalizing your experience.

We use contact information to send you service updates, safety alerts, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We analyze usage data in aggregate to understand how our services are used, identify bugs, and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only in the limited circumstances described here.

Your profile information (photos, bio, general location, and preferences you choose to display) is visible to other adult TenderWomens members and verified companions, in accordance with your privacy settings.

We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating TenderWomens, subject to confidentiality agreements. These providers cannot use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety of our users, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Certain data — such as transaction records — may be retained for up to seven years to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain uses.

TenderWomens operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data from the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

TenderWomens is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of TenderWomens after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
