Terms of Service

TenderWomens is an online social and communication platform for adults to meet, connect, and chat. By creating an account or using TenderWomens, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Creating an account is free. Premium communication features require a paid membership or coins. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TenderWomens. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TenderWomens. The platform is strictly for adults. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

TenderWomens is not available where its use would be prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each person may maintain only one account. You may not impersonate any person, create accounts to evade a ban, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Some profiles, messages, media, or interactive experiences may be virtual, AI-assisted, or operated for entertainment and engagement purposes. By using TenderWomens you acknowledge and accept that not every interaction is necessarily with another individual human user, and that paid features may be used in the course of such interactions.

You agree to treat other members with respect and not to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm anyone. Automated access — bots, scrapers, or unauthorized API use — is prohibited. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, removal, and where appropriate referral to authorities:

• Use by minors or anyone under 18.
• Escorting, prostitution, or solicitation.
• Human trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Illegal sexual services.
• Harassment or bullying.
• Impersonation or fraud.
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or exploitative content.

Members are responsible for their own conduct and safety when communicating with, or choosing to meet, other members. TenderWomens does not conduct background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any member or for any in-person interactions.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service. You may not post content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

TenderWomens offers monthly membership plans — Basic, Premium, and Elite — and one-time coin packages. All prices, what each plan and package includes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown on our Pricing page and again before payment.

Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the plan does not renew. To cancel, open Settings → Billing & Membership or email billing@tenderwomens.com.

Coins are credited instantly, do not expire, and have no cash value. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy and applicable law.

Card charges may appear as “TENDERWOMAN” or another billing descriptor provided by our payment processor.

You may delete your account at any time in account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or fraud, with or without notice. Upon termination your right to use TenderWomens ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

TenderWomens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will form any particular connection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived.
