TenderWomens employs a dedicated Trust & Safety team that reviews reports around the clock. We combine automated detection with human review to identify and remove bad actors quickly.

We are committed to transparency. Our quarterly Safety Report publishes data on moderation actions, response times, and the overall health of our community.

Every profile on TenderWomens goes through our multi-step verification process. We use photo verification — a real-time selfie matched against profile photos — to confirm that members are genuine people.

Verified profiles display a blue checkmark badge. While verification reduces risk, it does not guarantee the honesty or intentions of a member. Always trust your instincts.

We use AI to continuously scan for fake profiles and suspicious activity, and remove accounts that fail to meet our standards.

Every profile and conversation has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by our safety team, typically within 24 hours. You can report inappropriate messages, fake profiles, harassment, and other concerns.

You can block any member at any time. Blocked members cannot see your profile, send you messages, or appear in your matches. Blocking is private — the blocked user is not notified.

We take all reports seriously. Confirmed violations result in warnings, feature restrictions, or permanent bans depending on severity.

All companion conversations on TenderWomens take place inside the app. AI companion sessions and verified human companion sessions are monitored for safety and consent.

For your protection, do not move conversations to outside platforms. Stay on TenderWomens to keep all the safety, consent, and moderation tools available to you.

If anything makes you uncomfortable, end the session and report it. Your wellbeing is the platform's priority.

Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to anyone you meet on TenderWomens. We do not facilitate financial transactions between members.

Be careful about sharing personal information such as your last name, home address, phone number, or workplace.

Companion conversations are wellness sessions, not dates. Do not arrange to meet in person — TenderWomens is a fully digital, interaction-based platform.
