Refunds & Cancellation

This page explains your cancellation rights, the cooling-off period, and when a refund is available for TenderWomens memberships and coin purchases.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU / UK)
If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel a new membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
To exercise this right, email billing@tenderwomens.com within the 14-day window with your account email and order reference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your request.
The cooling-off right ends once you have fully used the digital service in a way that consumes its benefit. You are informed of this before any such use.
2. How to Cancel a Subscription
Log in to your account, open Settings, go to Membership or Billing, and select Cancel Subscription. You can also contact billing@tenderwomens.com for help.
Your membership remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. After that it does not renew, and your account returns to free access (no permanently-free unlimited tier — premium communication features require an active membership or coins).
Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current period unless you fall within the cooling-off period in Section 1 or a refund is otherwise required by law.
3. Renewal Billing
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.
We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Coin Purchases
Coins are a one-time, digital, in-platform currency. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire.
Unused coins are credited to your wallet immediately on purchase and are therefore considered delivered. They are non-refundable once purchased, unless a refund is required by applicable law (for example, the EU/UK cooling-off period where the coins have not yet been spent).
Spent coins are non-refundable.
To request a coin refund where eligible, email billing@tenderwomens.com with your account email and order reference.
5. Service Issues
If a technical problem prevented you from using a paid feature you reasonably expected to use, contact billing@tenderwomens.com. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, a coin credit, or an extension.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at billing@tenderwomens.com — we resolve the large majority of billing issues quickly and amicably.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We retain clear records of purchases and account activity to resolve disputes fairly.

Card charges may appear as “TENDERWOMAN” or another descriptor provided by our payment processor.
