Plans & Pricing

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it does not renew.

Auto-renewal & cancellation: each plan renews at the price shown above for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel, log in and open Settings → Billing & Membership, or email billing@tenderwomens.com.

Coins are a one-time purchase (not a subscription). Buy a package once and the coins are credited to your wallet.

• Conversation unlocks — start a direct conversation with a member.
• Messages — sending messages where a per-message cost applies (non-members).
• Gifts — send a virtual gift inside a conversation.
• Media & voice notes — send images and voice messages.

Coins are a digital, in-platform currency with no cash value and are non-transferable.

Coins do not expire. Once credited to your wallet they remain available until you choose to spend them.

Unused coins are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (for example, the EU/UK cooling-off period). Spent coins are non-refundable. Full details are on our Refunds & Cancellation page.

Card charges may appear as “TENDERWOMAN” or another billing descriptor provided by our payment processor on your statement.
